1 carrot  (approx $0.20)
1/2 can water chestnut (567gm can) $2
1 or 2 piece of black fungus (optional)
Spring onion (optional)

Seasoning: (approx $1)
1 tablespoon five spice powder
2 tablespoon salt
4 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon chicken stock
4 tablespoon plain flour
