Ingredients
200gms Granola (I used granola with ready sliced almonds)
100gms Mixed Dried Fruits (or raisins)
50gms Chocolate Chips
50gms Desiccated Coconut (Dried)
140gms Butter (room temperature)
140gms Brown Sugar
1 egg (lightly whisked)
160gms All Purpose Flour

Method
1) Measure all the ingredients accordingly
2) Add them all into a mixing bowl
3) Mix them till well combined (no traces of flour can be seen)
4) Roll them into small balls
5) Lay them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
6) Flatten the rolled out balls with a fork
7) Preheat oven at 180C
8) Bake the cookies for approximately 20mins (or till it’s nicely browned)
9) Place the baked cookies onto a cooling rack
10) Store in air tight container (should last for a week, if it’s not gone before that)
